big swimming pool, comfy bed, bath tub works well

much improvement from last visit. got concierge staff greeted and helped us during check in and check out 👍 Recently opened kids' playroom also is a plus. We are grateful that Kapal Cheng Ho is opened now!

The staff were super helpful - changed the flickering ceiling lights promptly and got the housekeeping to vacuum the bits caused by the work. When asked for bowls and utensils, they were promptly sent. The front desk staff were professional and helpful. No fuss. Breakfast was just what we looked forward to - a reasonably spread of local fares like nasi lemak, roti canai, porridge, mee goreng, and the standards like toast. Local coffee was unfortunately cold. Parking was ample, the infinity pool looked inviting but we didn’t have time for it. The room was big!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Concierge and Porter on duty gladly helped to get a wheelchair for my mother and helped bring her to our room. Thanks.

Nice ambiance. Room was overall organized & comfortable. Room service was quick & food ordered from the restaurant was nice. Staff at the reception were helpful.
